The Met Gala has never been this interesting! The fashion trends this year has been top notch I must admit!

Met Gala is billed as the Superbowl of fashion, fashion houses buy tables and invite models and celebrities who wear their designs.

First in the list is ROSIE HUNTINGTON, she looks flawless, and her make-up is just right!

It feels good being here, blogging once again, Oh God, it feels so good! The heebie jeebies is real!

It's the fourth month of the year and fashion keeps changing month after month, but one thing for sure that doesn't change is style! Remember, 'Fashion fades, only style remains the same.'

Pairing a sleeveless chiffon blouse with this particular short adds that 'wow' look and elongates the legs which is always every woman's dream! For a more sophisticated look, add a thin belt and tie it in a unique way, this will automatically change the look, from a normal day to day/ street look to a modern and classy outfit!

This is a good look for a weekend! Relaxed and classy. 

There is just something about the nudes, it always look so good! So elegant...

Another way to wear the sleeveless chiffon blouse is to half-tuck. Especially if the blouse is a hi-lo which in most times you'll find it to be the case. ' Fashion is just another accessory for someone with great style.'

Third way to wear a sleeveless chiffon blouse is pair it with skinny pants. The loose fit is perfect!!

SHARP SUITING

It's a new year, new things, new wardrobes, new everything.....just like joining a boarding school. I remember the first day in a boarding school, even my shoes had my initials....like I would walk and people called out my name! So I ended up having my initials in everything...even my toilet soap, I would shower, then use some special nail to trace the initials. How blonde was I? very, right?

Everyday we learn, we make changes in how we do things and that brings us to this...trying out new things, ever tried out a cashmere top with a suit, well, just a tip of the iceberg...

This jacket is to die for! and guess what, it's cashmere! 

The model has paired her suit with a cashmere top and her look is mwahhh! chic and relaxed. Just when you thought you can't wear both...the cashmere sweater and the blazer...all you need to do is, try, there has never been something wrong with trying out new things, right? So go ahead and be creative...!!

If you don't have a little black dress in your wardrobe, don't miss the black suit. So easy to pair, and if you want to look slim, well, black will serve you right, for sure!

Going for a vacation? anniversary? honeymoon? name them...I believe there has to be a beach somewhere close for sure!!

You've been toning that body, ooh or you may not have had the chance to do that since one of the above was a surprise...something like this;

"Babe next week we're going somewhere please pack a bag for us."

 Okay, okay you're excited of course but at the same time you're having a million and one questions...

Where are we headed? why didn't he tell me earlier ( my hair is a mess, my eyebrows are a bush, I don't have the best outfit, I haven't waxed my legs* and all that need to be waxed), Is he going to propose (that's if he hasn't done that. If he has, then sorry you have to think deeper), so what will he do...?and where is this we are going.....?too many questions aaah some with answers and some left unanswered.

Just to be on the safe side, (it's not a must to do this but as a lady, it's a MUST...be prepared) don't miss this in your suit case....especially if it's a holiday (of course he will say it, but he won't say where..) have your swimwear even if you can't swim, you can hold on to the swimming pool *rails....don't say I didn't tell you this!!

So, Fridays for me is like a 'Happy Monday'...the difference is, Friday I can wear a short sleeved jumpsuit unlike Monday...that's the difference.!

Then make sure that you have just that detail that makes the outfit stands out!!
