So it's early morning, the weather is just perfect, your hair looks on-point, you just had a manicure and pedicure two days ago. Then the best part comes, you just got yourself some kick-ass outfits! That feeling, right? It feels like your first day in school...everything seems to be *new*.

Well, enjoy that cup of coffee, a quick snack and get to work....like a boss!! In life, at times you just have to go against the grain. If you were used to going to the office with shaddy outfits, you could try changing your wardrobe with this professional, classy and trendy wears.

Dress: Satin, Lela Rose.

The color of this satin dress is to die for!! The tie and dye is just right, and looks amazing!

The choice of shoes depends on how you will block the colors, you could opt for Green, grey or mustard shoes to go with the dress. Or alternatively, you could be daring! 

Sometimes being daring is unique. 'Elegance is good taste, plus a dash of daring'

Dress: Satin skirt

Color blocking is daring, and this two combination of colors is daring! But when paired well, it gives that dapper look! 

Then my best thing is here, this purple leather coat. It's just too too gorgeous. You wear it and it brings out that Va va voom look! one thing for sure is, one can never go wrong with trench coats. All you need to do is know your body type, length of the trench and color.

Silk-blend skirt.

With this in your wardrobe, you good to go...and by this I mean you can wear this to the office, to a function, shopping sprees name them.!

If you are to wear this to an office, pair it with a long sleeved blouse, and fully tack in the blouse, minimal accessories and some heels and you have that chic and office look!

If you are attending a function, say a wedding, you can wear a short sleeved top, more accessories, heels/flats and yeah you ready to sing as you get down at that particular wedding.

If you are going shopping with the girls, or a partner, you can wear a tank top, hanging chains and to complete the look, wear flats for that easy look, yet classy!

And that's my style secret! 

How to make your outfit look expensive!

How often do you button up? Most of us will opt not to button up right? It's really simple why many will skip the buttons. Personally I love buttoning all the way up! Well, I don't look like a school girl though as many would think. 

Here are some simple DIY's and accessories that can change your plain looking collar to an expensive looking outfit!

How about adding some matchy feathers to your collar then wear a chain under the collar? Genius right? It's an official look yet very classy

Button me up!

It's the weekend again! I think we all get that feeling when the weekend is here, but you still have to show up to work and the dress code has to be right. Breathe! breathe and tada....! Stylish you, never disappoints. Add some statement to your collar! 

Black on white

Don't look so cliché with that suit you have on. Please add some statement to that collar! People will stare, make it worth their while.

Double chain with a brooch has never looked this cute right? It's amazing how this entire look can just change from a normal black and white to this elegant classy look!

Y'all say monochrome is dope, well add some silver accessory and the whole look will be nothing but fabulous!

Let me tell you, if you had one of this back in the day, I mean in the 90's, you were the real thang! You all know one side had to be unhooked. If you didn't know, now you do. Comprende?  It was the in thing back in the day. Especially if you loved to hit the rave, then definitely this was the look.

Oversized  sweaters have never looked this good. It was a thing in the 90's but Rihanna just knows how to dress up. You can't be melancholy in fashion because people don't respond to it ~ Isaac Mizrahi. What a unique way to pair it up with a combat trouser. One would spot you with a combat back in the day and buddy, you had made it in life! I mean, who would have thought of this pairing? The head wrap and the up-do hair is also a plus! never boring! always extra! love it! love it! love it!💓

The Joy of Dressing is an ART

MET GALA as we may describe it is the Party of the Year and Fashion biggest Night. You either come dressed up for the event or simply dress down and that's normally not the best side to be on! 

That said, a quick look at the 2022 MET GALA red carpet fashion. I am always so anxious and excited to get to see who wore what.

This two piece cropped top outfit is everything! I love the webbed neckline😍, the black velvet bubble gown and the entire sleek silhouette yet so modern and very sexy! The singers body is also goals. I mean!! Kudos Normani!

Kelly looking all glam in Tory Burch gown. The detail in this gown is unmatched. Hip high slit, high waisted underwear with a corset bodice, off shoulder and finally the black sheer is EVERTYTHING. The whole look was effortless, chic and sophisticated!

The iconic NYC Ralph Lauren cape and strapless gown. Alicia's silver floor length gown was perfect fit. She paired it with a sweeping floor length, one shoulder cape that had a small train. That was genius!

Joan Smalls went for a sheer black bandage gown, black gloves to match the gown and strappy heels. Her look was flawless and can someone screammmm! She had Fenty Beauty Make-up on. Y'all got to love Rihanna's make-up line💝. She was effortlessly chic!
